Make plans to attend the Oak Ridge Community Band Halloween Concert on Sunday afternoon, October 26, 4 p.m. at A.K. Bissell Park located at 1403 Oak Ridge Turnpike in Oak Ridge. This is a family-friendly concert with treats for the kids and a special program focusing on music about animals ranging from elephants to meerkats to tigers to frogs and more.
