For more than 75 years, WUOT Public Radio has served East Tennessee with quality, community-supported programming. While we began as a classical music station in 1949, your generous support has helped WUOT build a nationally recognized local news department, present locally hosted classical and jazz music, and your favorite national programs from networks like NPR and American Public Media. We do all of this across two channels (91.9 FM and WUOT2), which can be accessed from radios, online, and via a phone app. Your investment ensures WUOT remains a trusted companion to East Tennessee listeners for years to come.

As a community-supported public radio station, financial contributions from listeners like you are our largest and most vital source of funding. Half of our annual operating budget comes from our community of listeners and business partners.
