Get moving and grooving with the new mall walking program with Humana at West Town Mall

Whether you're an active senior, new mom, or anyone in between, the Humana Walking Club is inspiring physical activity, connecting our community and transforming the mall walking experience in a safe, climate controlled and easily accessible environment.

In addition to getting in their steps, mall walkers now have access to an organized walking event, health and wellness resources, and fun challenges, while connecting with others.

There is no cost to walk or take part in the monthly events.

Humana also has representatives on site to educate shoppers and mall walkers about their services and benefits, including Humana Medicare Insurance.

When: 9AM - 10 AM - October 23, October 28, November 6, November 18, Dec 4 & Dec 16.

Where: Mall entrance inbetween Belk Men and the parking garage.
