This year's self guided tour invites the community to explore the unique architecture and rich history of five beautifully preserved homes within the College Hill Historic District in downtown Maryville. Highlights include some of the oldest residences in the neighborhood, dating back to 1885 with ties to early Maryville College professors and local historic figures. A continuous shuttle will assist attendees between homes, and maps will be provided. Guests are also invited to drop by the landmark Chilhowee Club at any point along the route for complimentary refreshments. This event is a wonderful celebration of local history and preservation in East Tennessee, taking place in conjunction with Maryville College's Homecoming weekend. We hope to see you there!
