Sruthi Swaminathan: Staff Attorney for Youth

On March 2, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee signed into law a bill banning some gender-affirming care for minors. Lambda Legal, together with the Tennessee ACLU, are representing some families affected by the law, which is being challenged by the Department of Justice. Lambda staff attorney Sruti Swaminathan talked with WUOT’s Riley Thompson about how the law is already affecting some families.
