"Live Wire!" is a weekly one-hour variety show with a modern twist. It blends music from up-and-coming artists, original sketch comedy, spoken word, and interviews with writers, filmmakers, comedians and other thought-provoking people. Taped in front of an enthusiastic live audience at the 400-seat Alberta Rose Theatre in Portland's historic Alberta Arts District, "Live Wire!" airs on public radio stations across the country and is heard nationally and internationally through its podcasts.
