The Annual Current Research in Tennessee Archaeology (CRITA) Meeting is usually held in Middle Tennessee at a state park, but it has been canceled for the second year in a row. Instead, for the first time, the Tennessee Division of Archaeology will hold a monthly virtual series of presentations. WUOT’s Chrissy Keuper spoke with Tennessee State Archaeologist Phil Hodge about the division, the lecture series, and the archaeological research that is under way statewide.
