"Why don't we do something fun?" KSO premieres Paterson's "Cocktail Concerto"

Matthew Motley speaks with composer Robert Paterson, Saxophonist Christopher Creviston, and KSO Music director Aram Demirjian about the upcoming world premiere of Paterson's Saxophone Concerto.

The Knoxville Symphony orchestra continues its Masterworks series with a concert featuring Leonard Bernstein’s Symphonic Dances from West Side Story, Amy Beach’s Gaelic Symphony, and the world premiere of Robert Paterson’s Cocktail Concerto.

Performances are Thursday and Friday, March 12th and 13th at 7:30 in the Tennessee Theatre in downtown Knoxville.
