Many of us may take for granted where our food comes from, aside from the occasional trip to the farmer's market to say hello to the person who grew it. In this interview, I speak with John Ledbetter of Hines Valley Farm. Ledbetter grew up on a farm, then took a number of detours into education and finance before settling in the Knoxville area to create a certified organic farm. He details the highs and lows of such farming in East Tennessee in our talk.
