Interview: Bradley Reeves Previews "Stark Love"

The Tennessee Theatre will host the Great Smoky Mountain Film Festival, as part of the East Tennessee History Fair, on August 15.

A little-known silent film called Stark Love is the main attraction… It was filmed by Paramount Studios in 1927 and an archival copy from the Museum of Modern Art will be shown for the festival. Bradley Reeves is Director of the Tennessee Archive of Moving Image and Sound and he spoke with WUOT's Chrissy Keuper about the film and its connection to Knoxville…

Chrissy served as WUOT's News Director and host of monthly public affairs talk show Dialogue from late 2021 to early 2023.
