Caregivers of adults are present with unique challenges in the United States. This week on HealthConnections, Dr. Carole Myers, a professor emeritus in the University of Tennessee College of Nursing, talks to Dr. Joel Anderson, a faculty member and researcher at the UT College of Nursing, about the demographics that make up caregivers and ways to better support caregivers.

The blighted campus has been a source of concern in Knoxville, and some community members are calling for change at the historically Black college.

Knoxville College leaders began an accreditation application through the Transnational Association of Christian Schools and Colleges. But the HBCU is in debt and has a federal tax lien on it. Its leaders don't live in Knoxville, and won't answer questions about the school's viability.

TVA doesn't track how many cryptocurrency mines are setting up in the region, but CEO Jeff Lyash confirmed he met with 300 crypto miners to discuss demand on the grid.
