What to Give
Every gift truly makes a difference. Some listeners say they are embarrassed because they can only afford a small donation even though they would like to give more. We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different. Each of WUOT’s donors is a valued contributor, regardless of the amount donated. If you’re not sure what to give, WUOT offers the following as guidelines:
Members
WUOT’s primary support from individual members comes from donors at the $75 per-year giving level. This is the minimum donation to be considered an “official” WUOT member.
Student and Senior Members
WUOT has special memberships for students and seniors at the $50 per-year giving level. When you make your donation, please indicate that you are a student or a senior.
Gift Memberships
Looking for a gift for someone who is a big WUOT fan? Give the gift of public radio...a gift that keeps giving every day for years to come.
Contributors
WUOT’s contributors are individuals who give any amount they can. These donors are as vital to WUOT’s success as those who contribute thousands of dollars annually.
Car Talk Vehicle Donation Program
It’s true. WUOT accepts cars, vans, motorcycles, boats and motor homes through the Car Talk Vehicle Donation Program. They'll take it even if it doesn't run! This program makes it easy for you to donate your used or unwanted vehicle, and the proceeds support WUOT!
Volunteers
Show support with a gift of your time. WUOT is proud to say that we honestly think we have some of the best volunteers in the area! Join the team now.
How to Give
It's easy! WUOT accepts personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, cash, and electronic bank draft. University of Tennessee employees also have the option of making a donation through automatic payroll deduction. If you'd like to make your donation monthly or semiannually, check out our Sustaining Member Club.
