Great Smoky Mountains National Park received a record 14.1 million visitors in 2021! The park's 57% increase in visitors, over the last decade, has taken its toll on the aging facilities and infrastructure and caused undue strain on the limited staff. What can be done to manage this growing demand on GSMNP?
