"In God We Trust" at Tennessee's Public Schools

A state law passed in March requires "In God We Trust" to be displayed prominently in Tennessee public schools. Similar laws have been passed in Florida and Arkansas. School is now in session, and the displaying of the motto is causing some controversy.

WUOT's Hannah Martin spoke with David Hudson, a First Amendment expert and law professor with the Freedom Forum Institute, to put the issue in perspective.
