Christine Jessel started her radio career at WRVU in Nashville, Tenn. Her experience there brought her to graduate school at the University of Tennessee, where she worked at WUTK. After graduation, Christine joined the news team for WIVK and WNOX-FM in Knoxville.
She eventually served as the organization's news director.
Christine left news in 2006 to work with the Girl Scouts in Knoxville, eventually managing new media for the organization. She is proud to return to news with WUOT as an education reporter/producer.
