WUOT's 60th Anniversary Open House

UT Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor Susan Martin (left) provided some history
about the station in her open house remarks. Afterward, she enjoyed with event
with (from left) her husband, Paul Barrette, along with former WUOT announcer
Kevin O’Connor (2005-2007) and current WUOT Jazz Coordinator and Improvisations
Host Todd Steed (2006-present).

the station’s first program director and was one of the two employees
hired to run the radio station in 1949.
